Mom2Mom LA exists to nurture the mother while she nurtures her baby. By matching new moms with experienced peers, we provide the steady guidance, emotional grounding, and local community needed to thrive in early motherhood.

Volunteer criteria
- Be a mom whose youngest child is over age 4
- Live in the Los Angeles area
- Commit to one two-hour visit each week
- Agree to confidentiality
- Complete short training

What does a visit look like?
A volunteer mom can listen, share company, or accompany you to an appointment. Visits are two hours, once a week.
Is support free and confidential?
Yes. Mom2Mom LA offers free, confidential peer support.
What does Mom2Mom LA not provide?
We do not provide lactation consulting, babysitting, cleaning, or professional mental-health care.
